320 / 365 project : Qingtiangang pagoda

27 Mar

Today was our last full day in Taiwan, and we made it a full one. We rode the Maokong Gondola in the southeast corner of Taipei to the Zhinan tea fields (a 35 minute ride) where we took a short walk and had lunch. After our ride back to the gondola station, we taxied to the far northwest corner of the city to catch a bus to Yangmingshan National Park. We did neither location justice though we did get a good flavor of both. This is the old pagoda next to a Buddhist temple at Qingtiangang in Yangmingshan.
